i think it is a good thing to make your home work first. especially we as young couples there is so much comptetition with freiends. hey every body listen to me that wont help at all. just take it with your pace you make soung and whole at the end.
I think this book is great. I would really love to read a chapter on investing or people who come into a large amount of money and not really having people around them who are expirenced in knowing how to counsel someone as to what are some good investment risk to take and what to stay away from I am thinking of purchasing a house for investment purposes but not sure whats the best way during this time with the market being the way that it is. I also know that just as people are losing money ther is someone making money…….plese advise
I would LOVE to buy a townhouse or condo. I have always been a renter not really thinking ahead to ownership, so this would be a huge step for me. I find that it is hard trying to save up for a down payment while renting, having student loans, and bills. I dont know how homeowners do it!
Even though I am young (25), I am told that I should stop throwing my money away by renting and own my own place. I confess that I am little frightened about the whole ownership thing, but I know it is something I must do. I feel overwhelmed with all the different tips, information, scams, dos & donts out there dealing with trying to purchase a home, that I dont even know where to start. I guess that is one of the reasons why I put it off for so long. Hopefully when I pick of Bishop Jakes’ book, I will have some insight on what to do. Pray for me y’all. Especially since I am a big procrastinator
